Payment is due at the time services are rendered. For your convenience, our offices are pleased to accept payment methods including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, personal check, and cash. Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express will be charging a 2% Convenience Fee that will be added to your credit card payments. This fee does not apply to cash, checks, HSA, and debit cards. We also offer several different finance options through Care Credit.

We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
